Your wedding day should quite literally be a dream come true, but in order to bring all of your hopes, wishes and ideas to life, you need to partner with a professional wedding officiant who can curate a custom ceremony for you. Fortunately, I’ve been working with couples in Michigan for years, collaborating with them to design a wedding ceremony that incorporates the rituals and traditions that mean most to them.
As an inclusive wedding celebrant, I believe my role is to guide my couples through their wedding ceremony and allow them to commit their lives to one another in a way that makes them feel both comfortable and confident. When I create a custom ceremony, I spend a lot of time with the couple in advance in order to understand what they want.
Your wedding ceremony can include:
Spiritual or Cultural Traditions — I can incorporate your traditions into your ceremony in order to allow you to celebrate your beliefs and your culture.
Readings, Poems or Songs — I can help you select readings, poems and songs that will enhance your wedding ceremony and allow you to feel connected to your future spouse in that moment.
Wedding Rituals — I know that wedding rituals play a prominent role in nearly any wedding ceremony, and I want you to include the rituals that mean the most to you, your family and your friends. There are so many options available, such as handfasting, oathing stones, love letters, tasting the elements etc. We can even work together to create something unique.
No two wedding ceremonies should be the same, because no two love stories are the same. Your wedding ceremony should showcase the love that you have for one another, and it should include your guests in a way that helps them feel connected to you both as a couple.
I offer one wedding package for $400.
It’s a custom ceremony experience for you and your guests, crafted around your love story, your relationship and the vision you share for your event. There will be homework, and you will both be involved with the elements that make up the ceremony. This package includes travel within 30 minutes/miles from Ortonville, MI. Follow up after the ceremony is included.
Both include the planning process as well as the wedding ceremony itself.
I also offer an optional rehearsal add-on for $200 to help you and your wedding party feel confident every step of the way.
